Shipping, Pre-Sales, & Returns

    • Production times can vary due these products being handmade. Factors such as size, complexity, and general error can delay production. However, most pins are completed and shipped from the factory in a 2-8 month period, then take 2-3 days to ship from RFPins to customers. It is rare that a pin takes longer than 8 months, however if a pin extends past a 8 month period, customers are welcome to request a refund and forfeit the preordered pin if preferred.

    • All orders are sent with tracking. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. All pins in stock have a 3-10 business day processing time. Pre-orders are shipped as soon as they are in stock. This process can take anywhere between 1-2 weeks.

    **Once the postal service scans the item into their system, any claims or issues regarding your packages will be directed to USPS.  

    • We are not liable for damaged, lost, and/or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact your local USPS office and complete a Help Request Form and/or a Missing Mail Search Request.

    • By purchasing a presale item you acknowledge that the item is custom-made by hand and agree to the required production time. Production typically takes 2–8 months but may exceed 6 months if changes are requested or unforeseen delays occur. By purchasing you commit to the chosen design.

    • Reselling presale spots is prohibited. Violations will result in order cancellation, refund, and a ban from future presales.

    • Presales are non-refundable except when production exceeds 8 months. In that case you may request a refund by email. Approved refunds may carry penalties, including temporary loss of shop privileges, to discourage repeated refund requests.

    • All sales are final due to the limited nature of our products.

    • If your item arrives damaged, email madison@rfpins.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Exchange requests will be reviewed case-by-case and are not guaranteed because of limited edition quantities. Refunds may be issued; certain refunds may incur penalties (including temporary loss of shop privileges) to deter misuse.
